Company Description
Six Mile Bottom Shoot can now offer a Simulated Partridge Day with all the thrills and excitement of a driven partridge day in the sunshine. With six shooting and six loading we can fire 4,000 clays over a group of guns in 5 drives, making it testing and exciting for any individual interested in quality shooting.
The day can be tailor-made to any requirements starting with breakfast and finishing with lunch or starting with lunch and ending with tea or a BBQ. It's a great way to entertain clients or friends - Corporate Entertainment at its Best.
Arrive at The Green Man, located in Six Mile Bottom on the Cambridgeshire / Suffolk border.
After a scrumptious full English breakfast and a short shoot brief we move off in our custom made lorry and travel around the picturesque countryside in and around the Six Mile Bottom area.
Standing behind high hedges; in railway cuttings; gravel pits and Christmas trees, we send over 4,000 sporting targets simulating partridges as they would fly in the late autumn/early winter. Moving on through the estate, standing in and around places where we would shoot partridges in the season, creating a challenging and unique shooting experience.

“Dear Richard,
Thank you for a superb day’s clay shooting and lunch yesterday. It was great to have a chance to try simulated game shooting which I thoroughly enjoyed, especially in such good company. Thank you also for the lunch and bacon rolls they made a great start and finish to the day along with all the banter in the shoot lodge!!! It was certainly a visit to Six Mile Bottom I shall remember for some time.” – James Hamilton
“Dear Richard,
When I told the syndicate that we were going clay pigeon shooting I struggled to make up a team of 12, but after a lot of pressurising and gentle persuasion they all decided to come and this letter is to confirm that we would like to book the same day for next year, as it knocked a lot of rust out of the guns and got everybody in the swing for our first days partridge shooting” – John Judson
