Company Description

Thruxton Karting Centre is one of the very best outdoor karting tracks in the country. It is fast, challenging - you always feel you could have gone a little quicker and requires commitment and stamina.

At 1100 metres long it's got a selection of fast, slow and technical corners. 13bhp Thunderkarts will reach speeds up to 60mph and the ROC timing system will keep competitors and spectators fully informed on the race status. This is real racing and is guaranteed to bring out your competitive nature.

Grand Prix Racing

Grand Prix Racing is one of the most exciting forms of Motorsport. Imagine racing wheel to wheel with your friends or colleagues, sat only inches off the ground in 60 mph racing karts, 4 abreast into the first corner - this is the closest thing you'll get to racing without a license. Compete as individuals or groups in our grand prix events using 390cc race chassis Thunderkarts. Our grand prix events are designed for large or small groups.

Endurance Racing

Le Mans, Sepang, Daytona, Bathurst, all legendary endurance races, It's the true test of a driver's ability. 1 Kart, 1 circuit and no mistakes. Using our race chassis thunderkarts, endurance races can be in teams or as individuals, strategy plays a major part of the race, driver changes, fuel stops, driver order. The winner being the individual or team who has completed the most laps within the race duration.

Thruxton Kart Centre is perfect for any type of corporate event whether it's just a meeting, launching a new product, team building or an out and out karting event. We have all the facilities needed to ensure a first class event - meeting rooms, catering services, safety equipment, race chassis karts, the latest timing equipment from ROC and one of the best outdoor kart circuits in the UK. Our exclusive packages include - private us of the site, marshals, pit to driver timing equipment and 10 of our race chassis Thunderkarts (extra karts can be purchased).
