With experience build upon heritage, Pittodrie Stadium has successfully established itself as one of the North East's premier meetings and events venues.

From corporate exhibitions, meetings and conferences, to intimate dinners, we can provide the venue for your event, regardless of size or budget.

We can of course tailor all of our packages, giving them a unique, AFC twist, to suit any football or sporting fans who may be guests at your event, or simply those who may wish to see around our historic venue during their visit to the city.

Guided tours of the stadium are available for no extra charge on all of our packages.

We also offer up to 600 free parking spaces for our guests, and provide full disabled access throughout the stadium.

We offer a comprehensive range of conference facilities each designed to meet all your modern business needs. This includes a full compliment of audiovisual equipment available, and our suites are WiFi enabled throughout the stadium at no extra cost to our guests.

The Richard Donald Suite
The Richard Donald Suite is Pittodrie’s premier hospitality space, accommodating up to 400 guests.

Whether it’s a private dinner, town house meeting, indoor team building, or a large recruitment event, the expansive open plan area is flexible to suit the size and style of your event, making it the perfect stage for your event.

The suite can also be partitioned, giving two rooms where required, and ample space for large group activities. Plasma screens around the perimeter of the room offer the option of showing corporate presentations or DVD’s throughout your event.

The unique setting can also provide up to 12 break-out rooms within our executive boxes, providing panoramic views of the hallowed Pittodrie turf. These boxes each hold a maximum of 15 people, and can be used for interviews, small meetings, and pre dinner drinks looking over a floodlit pitch.

Legends and Europa Lounges
If you are planning a more intimate gathering then our Legends and Europa Lounges can provide the events space you are searching for.

Our versatile lounges can be utilised for business purposes, accommodating up to 100 delegates. Each Lounge can be hired separately or together, providing the opportunity for additional break-out space and relaxing refreshments.

Our Europa Lounge is used for meetings of up to 100 people, as it is the more formal of the two lounges, giving clients additional space for break outs and exhibition.

The Legends Lounge celebrates Pittodrie greats through the years and provides the perfect backdrop for a private party or drinks reception. Used in conjunction with the Europa Lounge, this room is also the perfect area for additional break out space and refreshments, ensuring your guests enjoy a relaxing change of scenery as they leave the main meeting room.

Each Lounge of these lounges is fully furbished with their own facilities and are complete with full disabled access.

The Main Stand Suites
With five hospitality suites located in our historic Main Stand we can provide the bespoke events space for any occasion, for events of 60 people or less.

The entire venue, comprising the Jim Leighton Lounge, Gothenburg Lounge, Directors Lounge, Millers Lounge and Boardroom can be at your disposal, giving you 5 meeting and break out rooms, and helping to guarantee the success of your event. However, these rooms can also be hired individually, and can accommodate a range of events, from 2 to 60 guests.

Up to 22 executive boxes in the Main Stand are also available for additional break-out space or a formal interview setting. Each box holds a maximum of 10 people.

Our prestigious boardroom can be utilised for exclusive dinners, with our executive chefs on hand to develop a sumptuous banquet using seasonal and local produce, again tailored to your personal tastes.
