- Italian Minestrone Soup with Rosemary Focaccia Bread
- Eight Hour Braised Blade of Beef Lasagne with Chorizo & Tomato Hollandaise
- Poached Razor Clam served with a Queen Scallop and Chorizo, and topped with Gruyere Gratin
- Potato & Goats Cheese Hash Brown with Homemade Chutney and Rocket Salad

- Chateaubriand (for 2 to share) with Fat Cut Chips, Tomato, Onion, Mushroom and Peppercorn Sauce
- Sage & Onion Stuffed Chicken Breast - Potato Rosti, Honey Roasted Root Vegetables and Tarragon Jus
- Pan Fried Lamb Rump with Braised Chicory & Peas, Herb Gnocchi, Goats Curd, Bacon Crumb and Mint Jus
