Tantra: Exploring Sacred Sexuality

In this group we will cover the history of Sacred Sexuality through the ages to get a better understanding of where we are at today as a culture, and talk about some of the fundamental techniques of Tantric lovemaking. You will be invited to explore and connect more deeply with your own sexuality through using breath, movement, sound and more. In this group you will also be invited to give and receive conscious, loving touch with the other participants is a safe and loving space. You will have the opportunity to start to loosen some of the energetic blocks in your body to allow the sexual energy to flow more freely.

All are welcome that come with an open heart and an open mind. This group is suitable for those who want to learn more about Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, and those who would like to continue to deepen their experiences.

Please note that this is a fully clothed group.

We invite you to bring your own blanket that you may want to use for any meditations. We provide water and cushions; you are welcome to bring your own water bottle and cushion for extra comfort.
