Tantra: Introduction to the Art of Massage

This group is an introduction to the Art of Massage. We will cover how to set up a sacred space, the importance of intention and boundaries, and invite participants to offer and receive a massage. This is an opportunity to allow yourself to experience the healing power of sensual pleasure in a safe and loving space.

This is a clothing optional group.

Please bring a clean towel or sarong and a sheet. You may also want to bring your own water bottle, cushion to sit on (these are provided but bring your own if you want extra comfort) and a blanket you can use for any meditations or massage sessions.

Please note that the minimum pre-requisite for this group is that you have done an introductory session with us. Any participants who sign up without having done a previous group with us will be refunded in full. You can attend an introductory group on Saturday 17th March 10.45-12.15 or Saturday 28th July 10.45-12.15 (£10) at the same venue
