No, your order confirmation for LALA experiences acts as your ticket to the event, and your booking will be sent over to the event organiser guest list.

WHAT DOSE THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDE?

Ticket includes access to the bar and ball pit entry for 1 hour. You book your time slot when making your booking.

HOW LONG DO WE GET IN THE BALL POOL?

Book your time slot when booking your ticket and this will give you 1 hour in the ball pool, after that your still welcome to hang around and have some food and drink.

CAN WE TURN UP BEFORE OUR BOOKING?

Sure thing, you are welcome to have access to the bar and food before your booking.

WE ARE BOOKING A GROUP BUT PAYING SEPARATE, CAN WE ALL COME TOGETHER?

Thats fine just make sure that all your party book the same time slot, if you have any issues then drop us a mail.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

You need to be 18 years old or other, ID will be required.

CAN WE TAKE DRINKS INTO THE POOL BALL?

There is a no drink and shoes policy when in with the balls, we need to keep them clean for others.

WE ARE COMING FOR A BIRTHDAY, CAN WE BRING A CAKE?
