Big Pink Wellbeing Day - 3 Activities, each one costs £5 a ticket

You’re invited to a very special Wellbeing Day at the Chantry Centre on Sunday 21st October, to raise lots of money for Breast Cancer Care.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so here’s your chance to show your support and have some ‘me time’, too.

The day is divided into 2 and this event listing is for the morning.

In the morning between 10am – 1pm, you can choose to come along to one or more of the 3 sessions we have arranged (yoga, a sound bath and a workshop to explore positive body image). Each one costs £5 and you can buy tickets in advance from the Chantry Centre or from Sandra Beisly/ Blackwells Reflexology.

Morning sessions – choose which one you want to attend or come to all 3, the choice is yours:

10am – Yoga with Tracy Bartram (please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat) £5

11am – meditate and chill out in the Sound Bath with Lee Evans (you’ll need a yoga mat, cushions and a blanket for this one) £5

12pm – find out how to be the best ‘you’ in a workshop to explore positive body image with Nikky Reed of No Labels – Nikky will provide everything, just come along with an open mind. £5
