Cotswolds Distillery

The Cotswolds Distillery has been producing a range of outstanding natural spirits since 2014. The award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delicious, juniper-led gin with a modern twist. The gin is distilled in a copper pot still using a recipe of 9 botanicals, including fresh, hand-peeled grapefruit and lime zest, and locally grown Cotswolds lavender. No chill-filtering takes place, so when ice or tonic meets the gin the essential oils from the botanicals will form a beautiful pearlescent haze. Robust, fresh and perfectly balanced – this is a traditional gin with a memorable twist.

Dr Eamers' Emporium

Dr Eamers’ Emporium are a small batch, hand crafted, Gin maker based in the heart of the West Midlands. We craft our Gin using a traditional method of cold-compounding, which allows our fine botanicals to impart their true flavour, over time. Every small batch of circa 50 bottles takes days to craft and requires periodic testing throughout to ensure the right time to add the different botanicals. This way of crafting our product gives our Gin its distinct colour and depth of flavour.

Our two signature Gins are, Juniperus Elixir, a bold Citrus Spiced Gin, and, Fruitful Gin, a light, fresh and fruity Gin using Fresh Strawberry, Raspberry and Kiwi.

Nelsons

Nelson’s Gin has been created by one man; Neil Harrison. In a world in which craft gins proliferate, Neil was certain that he had both the vision and the palate to create a gin that was exceptional. Having worked extensively as a chef, Neil knew that a pleasing and memorable tasting experience depends on the combination of many factors; from an inspired balance of flavours through to presentation, context and the all-too-elusive creation of ambience; the vital ingredient which owes more to alchemy than any kind of practicality. Nelson’s Gin is made in small batches, to be enjoyed by those who appreciate its life-affirming qualities. It is the only gin made on the Derbyshire and Staffordshire borders, its manufacture being a sophisticated 21st century version of a ‘cottage industry’.
