Dust down your Rubik's Cube™ and grab your legwarmers for a warp-speed trip back to the 80s! The fantastic new exhibition I Grew Up 80s at the Willis Museum will give an entire generation a chance to wallow in 80s nostalgia with over 200 iconic objects that defined the decade.
Following the success of his hit Star Wars-themed exhibition May The Toys Be With You, collector and cultural commentator Matt Fox has devoted himself to exploring his 1980s childhood through the iconic objects of an era in which so much changed.
Be the first people nationwide to see this exhibition of all things 80s! Enjoy an evening of 80s music and song, courtesy of Paul Fitzgerald The Human Juke Box, fashion, drink, film and games.
Ticket price includes entry to museum, goody bag with custom badge kit, Rubik's Cube™ and claim your first drink free.
Meet exhibition curator Matt Fox, watch a Speedcubing masterclass and take a selfie in some 80s clothes.
Grab some popcorn and drop in to our classic 80s family film showings on the Top Floor (Film shows will be first come first served).
Ticket holders will also get priority use of the 80s themed Silent Disco out in the Market Place, running as part of the Basingstoke Festival Launch.
