Discover how the Gong one of man's most powerful and earliest life-changing and therapeutic instruments, played skillfully may help you along your journey of self discovery.

Since the Bronze Age it has been used for meditation and ceremonies. While its sound has been used for centuries as a tool to create tranquility, re-energise and curative, gongs has been used in sound meditation from the distant to the present.

Perfect for health issues such as: depression, trauma, anxiety, chronic pain issues, insomnia, low self-esteem, stress and anxiety.  As this process rapidly increases healing, calms the nervous system and releases the happy endorphins.

Simply lie down or sit, meanwhile the skillful Sound Therapist plays an array of therapeutic instruments such as: gongs, drums, natural crystal quartz and Tibetan bowls, which washes over you to enable positive changes.

Also, you will be led into a guided meditation and through a series of practical tools by Yvonne, Holistic Therapist.

At the end of your deep peaceful inner healing journey, you will return feeling rejuvenated and nurtured.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring along your yoga mat, bottle of water, pillow, sleeping bag, or blanket so that you are as comfortable as possible.

All welcome except for pregnant ladies in their first trimester (and under your own responsibility at other stages), individuals with heart, brain devices, or epilepsy.

Cost £15.00

Early bird £11.37 ends 21st June 2019
