Paisley Halloween Festival

Roll up, roll up! Immerse yourself in the weird and
wonderful world of Dark Circus at the Paisley Halloween Festival on Friday 25
and Saturday 26 October.

This year’s festival will be the biggest and best yet as the
whole town centre will be transformed into a sinister outdoor circus with
street theatre and death-defying aerial performers taking over the streets.

On the Saturday evening, see the spectacular carnival-style
Dark Circus parade with more than 300 performers, led by a sinister Svengali
ringmaster and choreographed by internationally acclaimed outdoor performance
specialists Cirque Bijou. See magnificent floats, giant puppets, voodoo
acrobats, ferocious fire performers and curious creatures all parading along to
thrilling live music.

Aerial artists, All or Nothing, will also perform their
death-defying act ‘Into the Dark’, which will see the artists circle and swirl
around the haunted carousel over the grounds of the iconic Paisley Abbey.

Also, new for this year’s event, is a ticketed spooky silent
disco. Held in the heart of the town, the disco will provide plenty of dancing,
singing and Halloween fun for everyone.

Plus, enjoy Halloween Festival favourites the Spark! LED
Drummers and Mr Wilson’s Second Liners, street theatre, film screenings, a
Halloween Fun Fair and much more across the two-day fright fest.

The award-winning Paisley Halloween Festival is regarded as
one of the best events of its kind in the UK and has been awarded National
Programme funding from Event Scotland for this year’s event.
