Learn how to make gin truffles using Dancing Cows Myristica Gin. This gin has delicious Raspberry, Vanilla, nutmeg which pairs beautiful with Venezuelan milk chocolate. Enjoy a coffee & slice of cake while you make a gin ganache, pipe the chocolate truffle shells & temper the chocolate. You’ll leave with a box of 12 truffles plus lots of chocolate experience.
