A professorial inaugural lecture by Sam Warren, Professor in Organisation Studies and HRM, University of Portsmouth
About this Event
A leading researcher of organizational aesthetics, and pioneer of photographic visual-sensory research methods in business studies since 2002, Samantha is currently investigating female electronic music producers' careers, while learning to produce music herself. Both an autoethnographic research strategy and a lifelong ambition, she will discuss this fusion of 'work' and 'life' in her lecture, as a central motif of contemporary work motivation.
