Our Christmas tasting menus reflect our signature 'Soaked' style and this festive season we're inviting you to experience our unique flavours.

CHRISTMAS TASTING MENU
All menus served with an amuse bouche & chocolate petit four

FOUR COURSES - £45
Starter: Wild mushroom tortellini & pickle beetroot broth
Fish: Cured-roasted Isle of Mull scallop, cauliflower & burned butter
Meat: Scottish ox cheek Bourguignon, cup mushroom, onion, lovage oil & aired potato
Dessert: Smoked fig & ginger bread Christmas pudding, mandarin-brandy sorbet

SIX COURSES - £55
Pre-starter: Deep fried rock oyster, fennel emulsion & lemon cloud
Starter: Wild mushroom tortellini & pickle beetroot broth
Fish: Cured-roasted Isle of Mull scallop, cauliflower & burned butter
Meat: Scottish ox cheek bourguignone, cup mushroom, onion, lovage oil & aired potato
Cheese: Baked Vacherin Mont d’Or, sourdough baguette & winter truffles
Dessert: Smoked fig & ginger bread Christmas pudding, mandarin-brandy sorbet

EIGHT COURSES - £65
Pre-starter: Deep fried rock oyster, fennel emulsion & lemon cloud

Vegetable: Hay smoked parsnip, Brussels sprout, wild mushroom broth & ash emulsion
Fish: Cured-roasted Isle of Mull scallop, cauliflower & burned butter
Poultry: Yorkshire mallard, pearl barley koji, leek & fermented mooli
Meat: Scottish ox cheek bourguignone, cup mushroom, onion, lovage oil & aired potato
Cheese: Baked Vacherin Mont d’Or, sourdough baguette & winter truffles
Dessert: Smoked fig & ginger bread Christmas pudding, mandarin-brandy sorbet
