2019 is the 50th anniversary of the Dubai Sevens and in typical Dubai style, the biggest celebration is in the planning for this event with global superstar Kylie performing on Friday night. Additionally, VU has exclusively chartered the Yas Dhow in Oman for an exciting 2 night/3 day live-aboard ahead of the Dubai Rugby 7s cruising the Musandam Peninsula - a top diving spot where in 2018 we were lucky enough to dive with 3 whale sharks as well as turtles, reef sharks, rays, beautiful corals, stunning scenery and glorious sunshine. VU LTD is absolutely delighted to team up with the truly exceptional 100 World Legends Project in Dubai this year, to offer teams in a tremendous Rugby Legends Golf Day at the prestigious Els Sport Club and followed by an exclusive rugby dinner at the Habtoor Grand Resort. 100 World Legends is a remarkable group, made up of over 140 high profile, former international men and women from all over the world, who come together to not only play rugby but to help children charities youth teams and initiatives across the globe. For the 2019 Dubai 7’s, the 100 World Legends will be making up two teams to compete in the International Vets Trophy to defend their title, coached and managed by the legends: Frank Bunce + Walter Little from New Zealand and Craig Chalmers from Scotland.
