Afternoon tea with Tom Hetherington

Riverhouse welcomes Tom Hetherington, Great British Bake Off 2017 finalist, on Sunday 17 November, 3-5:30pm in the downstairs garden rooms. Tom will talk about baking triumphs (and some not so) and do a delectable demonstration of his famous Chocolate Torte with a salted caramel sauce and Christmas twist followed by a Q&A answering all your burning baking and dessert based questions. There'll also be time for afternoon tea and cake - lashings of pastries, scones and sandwiches and washed down with the finest loose leaf teas from Canton Tea.
