Challenge 30 - 5 minute practice session, 10 minute qualifying heat, followed by the 15 minute main event.
Sprint 45 - 5 minute practice session, 10 minute qualifying heat, followed by the 30 minute main event.
Ironman 60 - 10 minute practice session, 20 minute qualifying session and 30 minute grid start final.
