The night will start with a demonstration from The Fresh Fish Shop on the do’s and don’ts for preparing the perfect crab and lobster. Then delight in a 3 course meal with a choice of either crab or lobster as your main course, followed by a delicious passionfruit crème brûlée. Tickets £45 per person including a 3 course meal and 125ml glass of Bolney Bubbly. Arrival from 7pm with the demonstration starting at 7.30pm.
