Ride for Ryder The Sportive 2020

Ride for Ryder The Sportive, one of the longest running and best loved charity cycling events in the Cotswolds, is back for 2020 and this year we’re planning on making it bigger and better than ever with an additional route to choose from!

 Sponsored by our friends at Allstone Speedy Skips and supported by British Cycling, Ride for Ryder – The Sportive offers a fun event for all with four signed routes around Gloucestershire’s glorious countryside, all in support of our expert and compassionate palliative care.

 Choice of routes

Starting and finishing from top class sporting facilities at Dean Close school in Cheltenham we’re now offering a choice of four sportive challenges  – a 40km, 60km, 90km and a 130km route for more experienced cyclists who enjoy the challenge of the Cotswolds Hills.

 Extra goodies

Included in your registration fee is a welcome pack with registration and rider support from our partners British Cycling, fully signed route with feed station, medical and mechanical support and a finisher’s medal.

 Sign up in advance online and you also receive a food voucher for one hot meal at the finish.

 Help us be there when it matters

Your entry fee helps covers the cost of operating the event, but it’s your vital sponsorship money that helps us be there when it matters. 

 This year all riders raising over £140 will be awarded a Sue Ryder cycling jersey.
