During mental health awareness week, Radox wants to remind Brits that even the smallest elements of a daily routine, such as bath or shower, can boost our mood and create positive moments that kickstart our day.

To encourage people to take that first step in maintaining a positive mentality during lockdown, Radox has teamed up with Guinness World Records - challenging the nation to scrub up their bathroom vocals, help break the official World Record for most people singing the same song at onceand raise money for UK mental health charity, Mind.

Radox is asking the UK to #RhymeandShine with an online bathroom sing-a-long to British boyband FIVE’s iconic feel-good anthem “Keep on Movin’”:

Date: Friday 22nd May, 2020

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am

Location: Your bathroom!

Videos posted to Instagram, tagging #RhymeandShine and @RadoxUK, between 10-11am will enter the World Record attempt. All donations made to UK mental health charity, Mind will be matched by Radox up to £100,000.

With 60% of the UK’s mental health declining during lockdown, it has never been more important to ‘get on up when you’re down’, take time out to unwind – and have fun!
