At the end of last year the Portable Antiquities Scheme reached the milestone of 5000 verified finds from West Berkshire. This talk, presented by Berkshire Finds Liaison Officer, Phillip Smither, will look back a few of the most spectacular finds from the last 24 years, some of which were acquired by Berkshire Museums.
Phillip will also look at some of the individual, unique and local finds as well as explaining what the PAS is and how it can help you to record historic objects that you may find.
Tickets will be available until Friday 19 February and you will then receive an email with a link to attend.
