Our Lymphoma Focus Day, on Saturday 8 May, is a great opportunity to learn more about lymphoma and to meet up with others who are affected by this type of blood cancer.

This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we aren’t able to run our usual face to face national conference, however we are really excited to bring people together virtually to inform, support and connect with each other.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, on active monitoring, having treatment, finished treatment or are a family member, friend or carer – our Lymphoma Focus Day has been created with you in mind. Hear from expert speakers and meet others who are going through similar experiences in a warm and friendly environment.

There are two parts to the day:

  • Over 3 hours of pre-recorded information videos from expert speakers and individuals affected by lymphoma
  • Opportunity to ‘meet up’ with others affected by lymphoma through our one hour Zoom sessions.

You can register for free, but if you are able, we would really appreciate it if you could make a suggested donation of £10 to help towards our costs to run this event. You can book your place here.

Information videos

Our videos give you the unique opportunity to hear from expert speakers and individuals about a wide range of lymphoma topics.

The videos will be available from 9am on Saturday 8 May until Saturday 31 July 2021 via a password protected web page, so you can watch them where and when it suits you!

  • Low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma – Dr Rob Lown, Consultant Haematologist, ?University Hospital Southampton

Please note, this list of information videos is subject to change and after 31 July, they may be shared more widely

Online ‘Meet up’ sessions

Throughout the day we will be facilitating a number of one hour Zoom ‘meet up’ sessions. Our aim is for the sessions to be a place to meet others with a similar diagnosis and make connections.

Each ‘meet up’ will be limited to 18 participants and will be run by a experienced facilitator so everyone will have the opportunity to be involved.
