To celebrate the upcoming launch of the brand new Anti-Burnout Club platform launching on the 27th of September, we are hosting our very first FREE virtual festival, The Five Foundations of Wellness Festival.
The Anti-Burnout Club has been given a refresh and we want to give you a glimpse of what we have to offer! Taking place over five days from 27th September – 1st October, we will cover all Five Foundations of Wellness with everything from nutrition, movement, breathwork, meditation, mindset, CBT, counselling, personal growth, and much more! Best of all, it’s completely free!
