November Racing Weekend Hospitality at Ascot Racecourse - Friday 18th November - Saturday 19th November 2022.

The November Racing Weekend is one of two high-quality weekends of Jumps racing at Ascot towards the end of the year.

This meeting provides the perfect opportunity to see some of the stars of the future as a collection of promising novice hurdlers and chasers traditionally line up on the opening day of the weekend.

The likes of Chantry House, Angels Breath, Many Clouds and Simonsig have featured on this card while a series of competitive, exciting handicaps over both disciplines ensure it is always an enjoyable day of Jumps racing.

The second day of the November Racing Weekend is headlined by a brace of Grade 2 contests over mid-range trips. Both races have a rich history of attracting some of the biggest names in the sport, none more so than the 1965 Chase which in 2019 saw that epic duel between Altior and Cyrname.

Cyrname famously triumphed that day and the high-class roll of honour also includes Politologue, Vautour, Al Ferof, Master Minded and Albertas Run. The race is an ideal target for horses that might have the King George at Kempton on their agenda next or the Ryanair Chase at the Cheltenham Festival later in the season.

The Grade 2 Coral Hurdle is also held over two-and-a-half-miles and typically features some of the best hurdlers in training. It has been won by several Champion Hurdlers in modern times including Rock On Ruby, Faugheen and Annie Power as well as Hardy Eustace twice in 2006 and 2007. The Hurst Park Handicap Chase is the feature handicap on the card and this is one of the most valuable two mile handicap chases in the calendar.
