The Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat at Notgrove Holidays is designed to nourish, awaken, heal and renew. Set on the idyllic 1,500 acre private Notgrove Estate in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, it’s the perfect place to reflect and unwind.
Our three day and three night retreat is suitable for all abilities and includes:
Energising morning yoga
A Crystal Sound bath for a good night’s sleep
Relaxing evening practices with Yoga Nidra
Group Reiki
Nourishing local food
Mindful countryside walks
A Swedish massage
all to be enjoyed while staying in the peaceful serenity of our cosy glamping pods.
Retreat Leader
Advanced Yoga teacher Jo Fellows will lead the retreat. Jo believes that the roots of wellbeing can be found in nature and that following the year’s natural rhythms is not only best for the future of our planet, but is wonderful for our own wellbeing, too. Accommodation
Each person will stay in their own Glamping Pod with a lovely view over Notgrove and the surrounding countryside. They are heated, warm and cosy with a double bed, wet room with loo, galley kitchen, TV and relaxing seating area. All bedding and towels are included.
Catering
You will also be fully catered for during the retreat with breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the lovely Nuttery Café in Notgrove village during your stay. Wholesome locally sourced nutritious food will be cooked each day by chef Darren and served in your bubbles at the Nuttery next to the Hub where all your classes will be taking place.

Dates
Our first retreat for 2023 will take place from Thursday 26th until Sunday 29th January 2023 inclusive.
If you are unable to make these dates, we will be holding another retreat later in 2023 so please complete the form on our website so we can put your name on the waiting list and send you details.
Schedule
The relaxed program we have set is designed to rejuvenate and destress you. All classes, and activities are optional – this retreat is just for you and your needs - and we’ve also included free time in the schedule to allow you to enjoy your time and relax.
Day One – Thursday 26th January:
Arrive from 3:15pm
4:00pm: Welcome – cup of tea/coffee, cake & orientation
4.45-5.45pm: Healing Yin yoga & Nidra practice to calm & balance for days ahead
7:00pm: Dinner
Day Two – Friday 27th January:
9.15-10.30am Morning Hatha (yang) yoga practice & pranayama
10:30am Breakfast
Time to relax or enjoy a treatment
2:00pm Lunch
2:30-3.30pm Reiki talk & Reiki relaxation/healing session
Time to relax or enjoy a treatment
6:00-7:00pm Yin yoga, pranayama & meditation
7:00pm Dinner
Day Three – Saturday 28th January:
8:30am-10.30am Mindful guided walk
10:30am Breakfast

12:45-2:00pm Hatha yoga practice & pranayama

Jo Fellows Biography
Jo Fellows is an advanced yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance International), Reiki Master/teacher, sound therapist (Peter Hess Institute) and meditation teacher (BSoM). Her classes and treatments are designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to your mind and body.
Pricing
The all-inclusive price includes your accommodation, linen, meals as listed above, all classes and nature mindful walk. The only extras would be drinks you order at the Nuttery Café.
Price per person: £695
There is a discount of £100 pp for those who wish to share a Pod (double bed and sofa bed available in each Pod).
What to Bring
You will need to bring with you your yoga mat, water bottle, a cushion and a blanket for yoga.
Your wellies, or walking boots or trainers, warm and waterproof clothing for walking. Comfortable casual clothing, personal and overnight toiletries and essentials. Each pod includes your own mini-kitchen with kettle and fridge, so you're welcome to bring your favourite snacks or teas/coffees to enjoy between meals and before early practices.
