Fancy something a little different? The Cellars at the Old Ship will really add that special element to your festive party and we have just the package for you. For numbers of up to 28 guests we will include the hire of this beautifully atmospheric space along with a welcome drink voucher (which you can use in the main hotel bar beforehand) a delicious 3 course menu, dedicated waiter service and a half bottle of wine per person. You can even plug in your own music!

Any night of the week throughout November, December and January – hurry though the weekends go fast!

Dinner is served at 7.30pm – Carriages 1am

Menu

Starters:

-Pea, leek and parsley soup with chives (gf, df, vegan)

-Smoked mackerel pate topped with a beetroot relish, pickled cucumber, toasted ciabatta

-Ham Hock and pommery mustard terrine, carrot, shallot and caper salsa, toasted ciabatta (df)

Mains:

-Turkey, roast potatoes, maple roasted root vegetables, Brussel sprouts, pigs in blankets, cranberry stuffing slice, sage and thyme gravy

-Butternut squash and pumpkin seed nut roast, roast potatoes, maple roasted root vegetables, Brussel sprouts, sage and thyme gravy (gf, df, vegan)

-Parsley and lemon crusted cod loin, crushed new potatoes, maple roasted root vegetables, dill cream sauce

Desserts:

-Chocolate and salted caramel tart with a white chocolate mousse

-Classic Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

-Coffee and Mince pies
