In true traditional style, our black tie gala event will give you a perfect reason to celebrate the year gone by, sing ‘for old time’s sake’ and look forward to the year ahead.

Get dressed up and feel your fabulous best whilst you enjoy a sumptuous 5-course menu, dance to live music and the disco and toast in 2023 at the stroke of midnight with a glass of Champagne.

Perfect to celebrate with a group of friends or, if you are coming on your own, in a couple or a smaller party, our party style seating will be sure to help you make new friends along the way.

-Champagne with canapes on arrival

-Half a bottle of wine per person

-Live entertainment plus a disco

Champagne and canapes at 6.30pm

Dinner is served at 7.30pm

Dancing until 1.00am

Menu

Amuse Bouche:

-Salmon mousse

-Avocado mousse

Both served with a cucumber and caper salsa and mini croutons

Starters:

-King prawn cocktail with charred baby gem and roasted cherry tomato (gf)

-Goats’ cheese with golden beetroot and maple roasted fig (gf)

Mains:

-Fillet of Beef (cooked pink) with pommes Anna, tender stem broccoli, fine beans and a trio of peppercorn sauce

-Sea bass fillet with pommes Anna, tender stem broccoli, fine beans and salsa verde

-Wild mushroom parcel, sweet potato, tender stem broccoli, fine beans, cep jus (gf, df, vegan)

Desserts:

-Chocolate and salted caramel tart with a white chocolate mousse

-Classic lemon tart with a champagne sorbet

Cheese:

-Selection of cheeses served with water biscuits, onion chutney, grapes and celery

Followed by:

-Coffee and petit fours
