Salisbury Art Centre, Bedwin Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3UT
Tuesday, 13 September 2022
7:30pm
£6.00
Mark has been birding in Wiltshire for many years though not perhaps since Victorian times.
He has however carried out extensive research into Wiltshire’s birds of that era and studied the work of famous naturalists Richard Jefferies and W H Hudson who were at large in the Wiltshire countryside at that time.
Mark will discuss some of the species we’ve lost (expect some surprises) and those we’ve gained. Mark’s infectious enthusiasm and passion for local history will make this a talk to remember.
Group members £5, non-members £6, under 16s free.
