CBLC Course at Samye Foundation Wales

The Compassion Based Living Course is a weekly Compassion course based on the Mindfulness Association’s Compassion Training. The course takes places over 8 weekly classes which are an hour and a half in duration. A day of silent, guided compassion practice is also included between weeks 6 and 7. Please book your place in advance to avoid disappointment.
Note: This course is aimed at people who are already practicing mindfulness and have attended an 8 Week course already. If you are unsure if the course is suitable for you, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to answer any queries.

Retreat day: Saturday 9th July, 10am – 4pm. Please bring a small, vegetarian lunch to share.
We will provide MP3s to accompany this training. Please bring a note book and pen with you to take notes if required.
