Step Out for Stroke, Poole Park

Join the thousands of people across the UK who are walking to make a difference for everyone affected by stroke.

Step Out for Stroke is a chance for people of all ages and abilities, including stroke survivors and their friends and families, to take part in a walk together. You can walk at your own pace and in your own time. Whether you walk a few steps or the full mile, you’re doing something wonderful to help us conquer stroke.

The short, flat route circles around Poole Park, with views of the water, plenty of geese and conveniently located next to a kids play area, The Ark Café and public toilets. With music and face painting, this is an event for the whole family!

It costs just £5 to enter, including a free t-shirt and finishers medal.The money you raise will help to provide much-needed support to stroke survivors and their loved ones.

Registration opens at 1pm, and the walk will begin at 2pm.
