Workshop: Kennet Valley Weavers, Spinners and Dyer at West Berkshire Museum

In connection with their forthcoming exhibition at the museum, the Kennet Valley Weavers, Spinners and Dyers are running three workshops which are open to people of all ages.

They are all FREE and drop-in between 1 and 4 pm on the following days:

Saturday August 12th, Knitting and Crochet
Come and try traditional sized knitting and crochet as well as some wacky knitting where you can work out while you knit.

Saturday August 19th, Spinning and Weaving
It’s not difficult, honest, and everyone brings their own style and you won't know what yours is until you try Spinning and Weaving.

Saturday August 26th, Braiding
Warning: this is addictive! It’s really easy and can be used in everyday life, before you know the whole family will want to do it too.
