The Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level One Course (WSET)

Bolney Wine Estate will be hosting its first ever WSET courses, which will be run by the certified WSET educator Alex Stevenson. This is a full day course with a two course seasonal buffet lunch served and tea and coffee breaks throughout the day.

By the end of the day you will walk away with a more in-depth knowledge about wine and the results of your exam two weeks after.

Price for full day including lunch £175pp, course is 6hrs duration.

A beginner level introduction to wine suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine.

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines
For individuals new to wine study, this qualification provides a hands-on introduction to the world of wine. You’ll explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately, and make food and wine pairings. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
