Kirkwood Hospice Midnight Memory Walk

The Midnight Memory Walk is back on Saturday 22 June 2019! Whether you have taken part before or are finding out about our biggest event of the year for the first time, you are guaranteed to be part of an unforgettable night.

The Midnight Memory Walk is Kirkwood Hospice’s biggest fundraising event, with over 1,200 of you lacing up to walk in memory of a loved one last year. With your continued support, 2019 will be bigger and better than ever as we raise the funds to care for more people affected by life limiting illnesses across Kirklees.

About the Walk

The Midnight Memory Walk is a circular six or ten mile walk starting and finishing at the University of Huddersfield. Registration and live entertainment will start at 9.30pm with walkers setting off at midnight. The walk is suitable for all abilities and you can walk at your own pace. It's all about having fun, remembering special people and making new memories with your loved ones.

Once you sign up, you will receive a walker pack which includes a t-shirt, information booklet, a sponsor form and a walker number. There is no minimum sponsorship requirement; all we ask is you raise as much money as possible. All money raised helps Kirkwood Hospice to care for people with life limiting illnesses across Kirklees.

Adults: £11 / Children (16 and Under): £7

Early Bird (from 1st February - 31st March)

Adults: £14 / Children (16 and Under): £9

Standard Price (from 1st April)

Adults: £17 / Children (16 and Under): £10

Dogs

Dogs (which must be kept on a short lead at all times) are more than welcome to take part in the Midnight Memory Walk at a cost of £5 per dog. This £5 includes a medal and a goodie bag for your pooch.
