Walk for Parkinson's Cowdray

Join us for our Walk for Parkinson's around beautiful Cowdray.

Join us for this 4.5 mile circular walk around Cowdray. The walk across the Estate passes through woodland and fields with spectacular views. You'll also travel through the scenic Cowdray Golf course, magnificent Cowdray Heritage and the Cowdray Park Polo Club grounds.

·  Start and finish: The Deer Park at Benbow Pond, Midhurst, GU28 9BX

·  Minimum sponsorship: £50 suggested

·  Advance registration: £12 for adults and £5 for under 16s

·  On-the-day registration fee: £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s

·  Registration opens: 9.30am

·  Start time: 10am

Dogs: Dogs are welcome but will need to be kept on leads.

Accessibility: This is a rural and countryside walk. For some sections of the route you will be walking on uneven or rough terrain so we strongly recommend you wear sturdy and waterproof footwear with good grip.

Toilets: Portable toilets are available at the start/finish point as well as access to some of the toilets on the Estate.

Car park: Free parking is available off road in the field by the registration area.

Walk packs: Your walk T-shirt and fundraising pack will be sent soon after your registration and your number and on the day information will be sent the week prior to the walk.

Registration: Please note online registration closes just over a week prior to the event. On-the-day registration will be available but will be cash only and will cost £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s.
