We really can’t wait to bring you the first Winchcombe Street Wellbeing Fest! This amazing wellbeing and fitness event is taking place at the wonderful Cheltenham Martial Arts Academy in Cheltenham, March 23rd from 2-5pm to raise crucial funds for The Longfield Hospice. We only have 30 tickets for sale so this is quite an exclusive event, first come first served! The afternoon and ticket price of £37 is amazing value, the experience will leave you feeling empowered, revitalised and fantastic and will include the following: 2pm - Welcome - Registration/Confirmation to Classes 2:15 - 2:45pm Raw Chef - Jay Halford. Juice Demo and Taster Protein Power Balls To kick start the day 2:45 - 3:15pm: Ground Floor: Fitness Kickboxing Blast Out with Matt Rudman (Owner at Cheltenham Martial Arts) First Floor: Flow & Glow Yoga Class with Nina Lane-Jenkins (Owner at Rock Beam Yoga) 3:15 - 3:45pm Cupping Demo with Purelands Acupuncture - Owners Paolo William Nicosia & Ellie Louise Bradshaw. They will also be providing massages throughout the day for all wellbeing guests, as well as this demonstration on the benefits of cupping 3:45 - 4:15pm: Ground Floor: Fitness Kickboxing Blast Out with Matt Rudman (Owner at Cheltenham Martial Arts) First Floor: Flow & Glow Yoga Class (all abilities) with Nina Lane-Jenkins (Owner at Rock Beam Yoga) 4:15 - 4:30pm: Healthy 'Cake Recovery' and Recipe cards from Nafia Harding, Owner and Chef at Upraw Foods 4:30 - 5pm Grand Raffle Confirmed Prizes for the Raffle!
