Enchanted Horsham 2019

Would you like to meet a unicorn? Listen to a mermaid sing? Discover spectacular secret illuminated gardens? Dance in a silent disco? Dig for dragon bones or watch a fire show with an awesome flame-breathing dragon?

You can do all these and more at Enchanted Horsham, a spectacular festival for all the family in Horsham Park on 23, 24 and 25 August 2019, 5pm to 11.30pm.

Enchanted opens its gates at 5pm and you enter a summer wonderland of entertainment, performance, music and fun.

Meet Gnomus, our incredible 4m tall gnome puppet and Keeper of the Dragon’s Eggs. Watch circus shows with acrobats, stilt walkers, magicians and jugglers. Be entertained by street performers - the amazing Dan the Hat, Green Man Fortune Teller and The Jersey Girls. Watch a life size puppet show from the talented Dread Falls Theatre. Take a ride on The Dragon’s Eye VR ride. Join our archaeological dig for bones. Take part in a circus workshop or learn how to make unicorn horns and dragon slime! Boogie in the Silent Disco and take a ride on the vintage funfair.

Come dressed in your most ‘Enchanted’ costume; there’s an Enchanted Catwalk in the Fashion Tent with prizes for best dressed child, adult and dog! Get your face painted with glitter, get a henna tattoo and try some illuminated candy floss!

Of course theres’ a wonderful, eclectic lineup of music of the main stage and bandstand throughout the day, with live ska, reggae, jazz, rock ’n’ roll, swing and the UK’s best Beatles cover band.

As daylight turns to dusk at 8.30pm a spectacular fire show heralds the opening of The Secret Illuminated Gardens; a procession led by a huge mechanical flame-breathing dragon with pyrotechnical performers and drummers.

The wondrous Secret Illuminated Gardens reveal themselves and magically bring to life unicorns, dragon’s eggs and mystical tales with beautiful illuminations, stunning large scale projections, light shows, performance, music and pathways of fire!

There’s a classic movie showing at The Silent Cinema each day; The Greatest Showman, The Princess Bride and Enchanted. Be sure to pre-book your tickets.

You can also shop at the Boutique Market, open throughout the day and into the night, and buy food, drink and delicious sweet treats from aa range of amazing street food stalls and bars.

Tickets cost £20 Adult advance and £25 on the gate, £5 for under 16s and free for under 3s.
