ENJOY THE CELTIC ROCK SOUNDS OF SKERRYVORE LIVE AT BIGGAR RUGBY CLUB
Skerryvore is a Scottish Celtic Rock group formed in Tiree, Argyll and Bute in 2004. The band started off with Tiree brothers Daniel Gillespie and Martin Gillespie, alongside regular Tiree visitor Fraser West and his friend Alec Dalglish, both from Livingston, West Lothian. The group took their name from the Skerryvore lighthouse that lies 12 miles (19 km) off the coast of Tiree. The group's present line-up includes Craig Espie, Alan Scobie, Jodie Bremaneson and, since April 2017, Scott Wood. Skerryvore have released six studio albums, with the addition of a ‘deluxe’ version of one including some live tracks, a compilation album, and a live album.
Biggar RFC are hosting a fortnight of Rugby and Music and profits from this concert will contribute to raising funds for the development of the Biggar RFC Community Sports Centre. Biggar RFC's mission is to advance community health, wellbeing and education through participation in sport for all.
