Join marine expert Martin Kitching of Northern Experience Wildlife Tours for a four-hour pelagic boat trip on the North Sea.

We hope to see dolphins, porpoises and sea birds.

Suitable for children age 8 and over.

Please arrive 15 minutes early as we will be leaving promptly. Pick-up from the Customs House in South Shields is also available.

NWT/NHSN members are being offered tickets at the discounted price of £40 (normally £43) plus booking fee. Please note, any cancellations will be processed in accordance with our event cancellation policy.

Please wear warm clothing as it can be cold out at sea.

This trip is run jointly by Northern Experience Wildlife Tours, Northumberland Wildlife Trust and the Natural History Society of Northumbria.

The boat we sail on is the JFKTWO. It's a modern catamaran used since 2014. It has a toilet and there is room in the wheelhouse for passengers if the weather is inclement. Accessing the boat at Royal Quays involves stepping up onto the deck, and accessing it at Mill Dam (South Shields) involves stepping down onto the deck.
