Here at Two Rivers, we like to celebrate Christmas in style, so why not join us for a 3 course meal (including coffee) and disco surrounded by stunning tank views for just £34.95 per person. Party nights are suitable for small gatherings up to much larger groups.

Christmas party nights will be running on the following dates in December:

A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your party along with menu choices.

Menu:
Starters
- Cream of Vegetable Soup topped with garlic and chive croutons (V, GF omit crouton)
- Chicken Liver and Cranberry Pâté with cranberry compote and toasted focaccia (DF)
- Smoked Salmon and Prawn Timbale accompanied with honey and lime dressing (GF)
- Seasonal Squash and Caramelised Onion Tart on rocket leaves topped with spinach and ricotta (V)
- Beetroot and Ribblesdale Goats Cheese Stack marinated with garlic and chives (V, GF)

Main courses
- All mains served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes
- Christmas Spiced Beef Brisket with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish dumpling and red currant jus (GF omit Yorkshire and dumpling)
- Fillet of Sea Trout infused with lemon and pepper, on a bubble and squeak cake with lemon and dill sauce (GF, DF)
- Turkey Escalope wrapped in bacon, with cranberry and sage stuffing and cranberry jus (GF omit stuffing)
- Trio of Vegetable stuffed with fruity cranberry cous cous, sweet potato and honey parsnip gratin and mixed bean and chestnut hummus (V, GF and DF on request)

Desserts
- Chocolate Pecan and Caramel Tart served with cinnamon and pecan ice cream (V)
- Traditional Christmas Pudding with brandy and mascarpone sauce (V, GF available on request)
- Yorkshire Dales Cheese Selection with Yorkshire Tea loaf and plum and apple chutney (V, GF crackers available on request)
- Vanilla Cheesecake with mulled berry and mascarpone cream (V)
- Festive Mini Dessert Trio white chocolate and winter berry shortbread stack, sherry trifle and mince pie brownie
