What to Expect

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a drink, tea, coffee or kombucha. From there, you will immerse yourself in an unforgettable half-day filled with fun, sweetness, creativity, and a touch of romance.

During the first part of the workshop, you will learn to craft an assortment of exquisite chocolate delights, from playful chocolate lollipops and decadent truffles to biscuits coated in rich chocolate and the most romantic treat of all: fresh fruit dipped in silky chocolate, perfect for Valentine’s Day.

While your chocolates set, you will enjoy a creative workshop and making a beautiful origami gift box to take home or to hold your chocolate masterpieces for a personal, artistic touch to your gift.

At the end of the session, you will take home four different types of handmade creations, elegantly and sustainably packaged, ready to be gifted to someone special.

A short bio for the chef

Jhenn Skivolocki

Jhenn is a professional chef with over 20 years’ food experience. She moved to the UK as a gourmet chocolatier creating specialist chocolates. Working throughout London, she has been a head chef, line cook, baker, cake decorator, raw chef, consultant, recipe developer and private chef. As a certified traditional Japanese chef, Jhenn was also on the frontier of supper clubs which she still runs today.

Cinzia Fontana

Cinzia is an Italian creative designer, food designer with over 20 years of experience. During her international experience in design she became passionate about food, print and packaging design. Working in Italy as a creative designer Cinzia gained experience also in the kirigami and origami techniques that reflected in her approach for packaging and food design in the following years.
