The Meetings Show 2026 at Excel London

Visitor registration is now open for The Meetings Show 2026, returning to Excel London on 24 -25 June.

The UK’s leading exhibition for event, meeting and conference professionals brings together hundreds of global suppliers with a diverse spectrum of top-tier buyers, delivering two days of inspiration, networking, and discovery under one roof.

Exhibitors span the full breadth of the events sector – from destinations and DMCs to hotels, venues, and tech providers – such as Visit Portugal, Visit Bath & Bristol, Philadelphia Convention Bureau, Bournemouth International Centre, Copenhagen Convention Bureau, The Q Hotels Collection, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, EventMobi and Philadelphia Convention Bureau, who are exhibiting for the first time.
