Celebrate Father’s Day at Hintlesham Hall with a bold, chef-led take on the American smokehouse. Bringing together slow cooking, open flame and restaurant-quality execution.
Our chefs will be cooking over fire throughout the day, smoking, grilling, and finishing dishes to order. Expect a generous smokehouse menu of oak-smoked brisket, BBQ ribs, pulled pork shoulder and flame-finished favourites, alongside carefully considered sides and indulgent desserts.
Should the British weather turn, the experience will continue inside the Parlour and Salon, ensuring the day can be enjoyed whatever the conditions. BBQ will start at 1pm.
