Begin your night with a Festive Cocktail on arrival, then settle in for a sumptuous three-course festive dinner, complete with half a bottle of wine per guest.

As the evening builds, our Resident DJ takes centre stage — spinning festive anthems, timeless classics, and floor-fillers that will keep you dancing well into the night. Expect a proper party atmosphere beneath the twinkling lights of the Sopwith Suite.

- Slow roasted parsnips and apple soup, crispy shallots (V)
- Chicken liver and brandy parfait, caramelised red onion chutney

- Paupiette of turkey escalope, sage, cranberry stuffing wrapped in Smokey streaky bacon, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes in garlic and thyme, jus
