Later, raise a glass at a pre-dinner reception before indulging in a spectacular seven-course tasting menu, paired with a curated wine flight. As midnight approaches, Champagne is poured, fireworks light up the Dartmoor sky, and the moment is marked with festive touches, crackers, and a special gift.

New Year's Day invites a gentle start, with Bloody Marys at breakfast followed by a guided walk across the moor, complete with warming drinks and seasonal snacks. Return for a full Afternoon Tea, before rounding off your stay with a final dinner and pre-dinner drink to toast the year ahead.
