Your Christmas Day lunch will begin with a glass of Champagne on arrival, followed by festive canapés including pigs in blankets with honey and mustard dressing and a chicken liver tartlette with sherry. A savoury mince pie amuse-bouche with cranberry gel will follow.

The menu continues with a refined take on prawn cocktail, served with barbecued langoustine, lettuce and Mary Rose hollandaise.

For the main course, enjoy pancetta-wrapped turkey roulade with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, honey-roasted baby carrots and parsnips, finished with turkey gravy.

To finish, choose between traditional Christmas pudding with brandy crème anglaise or a passion fruit and gingerbread baked Alaska.
