Your Boxing Day lunch will begin with festive canapés, including crudités with chive emulsion and cured meats.

For starters, choose from seasonal dishes including chicken liver parfait with chicory and orange jam, trout mi-cuit with beetroot gazpacho, Tunworth agnolotti with vichyssoise and parmesan sauce, or celeriac velouté with pecorino, hazelnut and truffle pesto.

Main courses include slow braised ox cheek with cultured butter pomme purée, confit Gressingham duck leg with butternut squash, sea bream with brown butter roasted cauliflower, or smoked Black Bomber gnocchi with Jerusalem artichoke and king oyster.

To finish, choose between minced pie frangipane tart with vanilla ice cream, Dulcey delice with salted caramel ice cream and banana, or a cheese selection with apple and cider chutney and seeded crackers.
