Christmas Day Lunch at Brockencote Hall Hotel

From festive canapés and Brockencote sourdough to refined seasonal dishes, roast turkey crown with traditional accompaniments and indulgent desserts to finish, this is Christmas dining with grace, comfort and a true sense of celebration.

Begin with a selection of festive canapés, followed by honey and spelt Brockencote sourdough served with whipped turkey butter.

The menu continues with garden heritage beetroots, Spenwood cheese, pistachio and mustard, followed by pan roast monkfish with cauliflower and capers. For the main course, enjoy roast turkey crown with traditional accompaniments, before moving into Burt’s Blue with Christmas cake.

To finish, guests will enjoy lemon balm mousse with orange, pinenuts and orange sorbet, followed by mince pie brownie with whiskey ice cream, coffee and petits fours.
