Our New Year’s Day Mimosa Brunch brings together a generous buffet of sweet and savoury treats, followed by a hot brunch dish served to your table.

Begin with tea, coffee, fruit juice, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, granola, yoghurts and Brockencote compotes, alongside savoury options including vegetable muffins, cured meats and cheeses. Then choose from a selection of cooked brunch favourites, before returning to the table for something sweet, from chia seed pudding with poached mulled berries to brioche, chocolate mousse, bircher and waffle mess.
