Celebrate 2027 with our New Year’s package from 30th December to 2nd January, featuring flowing Champagne, exquisite dining, unforgettable entertainment, afternoon teas and coastal relaxation.

Join us for our house party. With numerous guests both new and returning visitors, this is the annual social gathering not to be missed! Except an abundance of glitz, flowing Champagne, exquisite menus and entertainment, coupled with the night of all nights, The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.

Wednesday 30th December
Arrive at your leisure and be greeted warmly by our team. A delicious festive Afternoon Tea will be served between 2pm and 4pm. Pre-dinner drinks will be served in the lounge from 6pm, where you will have the opportunity to meet your hosts and fellow guests, before enjoying a sumptuous 3 course dinner, followed by the evening’s entertainment.

New Year’s Eve
Let’s do it! New Year’s Eve should surely be a day of leisure and a spot of pampering. Enjoy a Full English Breakfast served from 8am, after a leisurely morning, why not book yourselves in to see the pantomime in the afternoon, returning to refreshments and cake buffet in the lounge.
Dress to impress with your finest black tie and evening gowns for a classic Drinks Reception from 6:30pm, followed by a grand Black and White Gala Dinner from 7pm, dance the night away to the evening’s entertainment. Don’t forget to order your Champagne before joining a rendition of Auld Land Syne to 2027 in style! Finish your evening off with a bacon roll served at 1am.

New Year’s Day
What will you choose – reinvigoration or quiet contemplation? After a relaxed English Breakfast Brunch served from 8:30am until 11:30am why not enjoy a stroll along Bournemouth Beach or venture a bit further to the Jurassic Coast and embrace the Dorset Breeze! Alternatively take time out to sit and read in the lounge with a fully loaded hot chocolate before indulging in the cake buffet from 3pm. A 3 course dinner will be served from 6pm followed by a relaxing evening enjoy the entertainment.

Saturday 2nd January
before we say goodbye, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant – the perfect way to ease into the New Year as you prepare for the journey home.
